More than the health aspect we are interested in the musical one, and the German musician is not so wrong with the title of his CD. The music has indeed something symphonic, with an enormous expenditure of sound generators....... Cheerful, stimulating, gentle and abysmal moments alternate in a well over one hour long instrumental stream at the intersection of European classical music and Chinese folklore. Amazingly mature !
